Sales Funnel
A sales funnel is the marketing term for the journey potential customers go through on the way to purchase. There are several steps to a sales funnel, usually known as the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel, although these steps may vary depending on a company’s sales model.
It is the buying process that companies lead customers through when purchasing products cater to the needs of the consumer. How and why those people move down the funnel depends on your own sales and marketing ability, of course. The leads in the middle and lower sales funnel stages are those that you want to pay the most attention to, because they’ve moved beyond awareness to interest.
